The easiest and most effective medium for contacting us to report problems or to get technical support is through email to support@sharedhosting.net. Please include as many details as you can about the problem you may be experiencing. Such as the Website address that you may have problems reaching, the name of the FTP or telnet server you are having problems connecting to, the username/login you are using for access (if applicable), and the error message your tool, such as the Netscape Communicator, WS_FTP etc., or our server reports back.

If you believe the problem is of an ugent nature, ie it qualifies as a network or server emergency at our end, please use the word URGENT in the subject line and make sure the subject line itself describes the nature of the problem, in addition to the details in the body of the email message. The subject line is automatically paged to our operations staff on call, who will do a primary evaluation whether to treat it as an emergency by looking at the subject line.

The most preferred way for reporting a true network or server emergency at our end is by calling +1 408.863.4848. Use extension 2# and leave a detailed message identifying your domain name and the precise nature of the problem. It is best to refer to an email message that you may have earlier sent to support@sharedhosting.net describing the problem in writing. You must leave your return phone number in order for us to call back and verify the nature of the problem.
